The banquet will be held at the magnificent Embassy in Paris, which has a proud reputation for championing the best of British.

Representing the North of England are Marcus Wareing and Mark Broadbent. Each edition the chefs will cook a different course, culminating in the final when their entire menus go before the Great British Menu judges: Prue Leith, Matthew Fort and Oliver Peyton.
