Gaelic children's cartoon. It is summertime, and all the little animals are splashing in the river to stay fresh. All except the insects, who cannot go in the river because the current is too strong for them. Blarag tries to find a way for them to have a splash, too. All together they build a special pool for the insects, but of course this is not as easy as it sounds.
