John Craven visits Britain's oldest working mine in Cheshire, which produces rock salt for road use. While there, he also investigates the caverns deep underground where some of our most sensitive data is stored safe from the elements (and prying eyes). Adam Henson discovers the remarkable way the salt mining industry has reshaped the Cheshire landscape, while Ben Fogle is 'Tossing the Sheaf' and 'Hurling the Curling Stone' as he competes in the Scottish Alternative Games.
