What's the best way to discipline children?

Do you agree with the 8 out of ten parents who don't agree with smacking their children? Graham Stewart takes your calls, texts and emails.

Eight out of ten parents think smacking their children is neither useful nor effective. A report published by Edinburgh University says most mothers would rather deal with naughtiness among their nursery-age children by ignoring bad behaviour. Some parents are more radical however: The Daily Mail has a story today about one mother who gives her 13 year-old daughter cigarettes as a 'reward' for good behaviour. So how do you discipline your kids?

Plus, we speak to Russel Callaghan of UFO Data Magazine about the release of Ministry of Defence files on unidentified flying objects.
