Have councils been caught out by the winter?

Graham Stewart takes your calls on this morning's treacherous road conditions; and Whatever happened to neighbourliness?

Icy roads and heavy snow have been causing treacherous conditions on the roads this morning. With many of you texting us to complain, have local authorities been slow to bring out the gritters?

Whatever happened to neighbourliness?

Loneliness has increased in Scotland over the last 40 years, according to research commissioned by the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú. Changing UK - a study conducted by Sheffield University - looked at how nations and regions within Britain have altered over the past four decades. Among its findings is the fact that Scotland is the third loneliest region in the UK, with Edinburgh having the largest number of lonely people. Do you make a lot of effort to befriend your neighbours, or can you think of nothing worse than spending time with the people who live on your road?

Graham Stewart takes your calls, texts and emails.
