Should government get tougher on bankers' bonuses?

Graham Stewart takes your calls on reports RBS is considering awarding large bonuses. Plus: Have you suffered from anti-Englishness? An academic survey says it's alive and well in Scotland.

Graham Stewart takes your calls, texts and emails.
