Gabby Logan introduces coverage of the pivotal Confederations Cup group match between hosts South Africa and Oceania champions New Zealand in Rustenburg.
South Africa will welcome a huge global audience at next summer's World Cup and are treating the Confederations Cup as a final audition. The national team are rebuilding after a fallow decade and Brazilian coach Joel Santana is aiming to qualify for the semi-finals of this tournament by virtue of a top-two finish. With group favourites Spain still to play, the hosts are likely to need to win.
This is New Zealand's third Confederations Cup and they came into it in search of their first points in the competition. Their cause has not been helped by the absence of injured captain Ryan Nelsen, whose former Blackburn team-mate Aaron Mokoena is expected to feature for South Africa alongside Everton's Steven Pienaar.
Plus highlights of the other group A match between Spain and Iraq.
