In the first instalment, mum-to-be Melissa Mostyn-Thomas is 37 weeks pregnant and wondering about her birth plan.

Also, a remarkable 85-year-old hard-of-hearing man, who is determined to walk the full 146 miles of the Shakespeare's Way, all the way from Stratford-upon-Avon to London.
