The programme flies high when Paul discovers a 1940s collection of exotic butterflies, but will they soar at the auction in Chichester?
Taking a break from the antiques but sticking to the flying theme, Paul takes a trip to the nearby South Downs to unearth the secrets of hot air ballooning, but will the weather be right for him to take to the skies?
