Lynda Grey is on the hunt for a new home to buy in Yorkshire. Since she successfully sold her home a couple of months ago she's living in rented accommodation with her youngest daughter Becky. Lynda is looking for a place to do up to call their own again. She has a budget of 450 thousand pounds and wants a house that will give them sociable open-plan living and their own space too.
