Michael tries to convince Connie to return to Holby, but is she too happy at her new hospital? Meanwhile Penny questions her career when Scott makes her an offer.

Michael finds Connie working at a private hospital in London and wonders if she's sacrificed the respect of Holby for a cut-throat, money-centred approach. He and Elliot both try to persuade her to return.

Penny wants to give up her promising career and go with Scott to start a new life in Spain - until Oliver intervenes. Penny is left distraught when Scott leaves Holby on his own. She doesn't know why he changed his mind.

Elliot's worst fears are realized when consultant Toby Geddes' starts working on Darwin and a patient dies. Annoying, arrogant and inept - the man is impossible to work with.
