Author Arash Hejazi was standing next to Neda Agha Soltan on the day she was shot during the Iranian protests in 2009. He talks to Sarah Montague about what happened that day.

When Neda Soltan was shot on the streets of Tehran last June, the images of her death posted on Youtube were seen around the world within hours. In the video footage Arash Hejazi can be seen trying to save her. That moment changed Arash Hejazi's life forever. It was a day that many people thought would change Iran, but ten months later President Ahmedinejad's regime is still in place. Did anything really change that day? Arash Hejazi talks to Sarah Montague.
