Friday sees Lammo chat with Madness drummer Woody ahead of his London Marathon challenge on Sunday, and we meet the team behind Birst Student Radio in Brighton.

It's a busy programme for St George's Day. We'll have the usual Good Day Bad Day caller on the phone chatting about their musical history and picking two songs to play, Plus we'll set up another National Anthem and meet another unsigned band in 6Music Unsigned, this week it's Bristol based 4 piece 'Call The Doctor'.

Friday also sees Lammo continue his tour of UK Student Radio stations, as this week we meet the team behind Birst Student Radio in Brighton. We'll find out more about their programmes, presenters and playlist before they pick us a tune that their students are currently loving. Friday also sees Lammo chat with Madness drummer Woody ahead of his London Marathon challenge on Saturday and we continue our quest for the ultimate running playlist. All this and some extraordinary music to get the weekend started from the likes of Kanye West, Kid Harpoon and the KLF.
