Tears
Penelope K answers children's questions at the Information Station. Penelope K goes to enormous efforts to cry in order to answer a question about what tears are made of.
Penelope K runs the Information Station, a place which contains all the answers to any question a child might have. To help her find the answers, Penelope is joined by her sock puppet, Squirm; Hank and Frank, two wise cracking fish; Trewey, the shadow rabbit, and music is provided by the Rubber Band.
Penelope K goes to enormous efforts to cry in order to answer a question about what tears are made of. But even a sad story, a sad tune and a situation that would make you cry laughing don't bring tears. Penelope K is so upset about not having the answer that she bursts into tears. And when she tastes her tears she is able to confidently reply, tears are made of salty water.
