Consumer series with Lucy and Rhodri Owen. Rachel Treadaway-Williams investigates a simple rubber band containing a hologram which is being adopted by sports stars worldwide.

Sports stars are always keen to try out anything that will improve their performance. The most recent craze adopted by stars from Beckham to Barrichello is a simple rubber band containing a hologram. Rachel Treadaway-Williams investigates the phenomenon sweeping the sporting world and puts it to the test with the help of students from the University of Wales Institute in Cardiff.

With the price of a standard white loaf up 37 per cent in the past four years, Lucy finds out how realistic it is to make your own, with or without the help of a machine, and how much a homemade loaf actually costs. But will the taste be met with approval from a group of Cardiff scouts?

Rhodri's helping two of our job hunters, Dwayne and Gemma, to smarten up for their job interviews. With the help of Swansea hairdresser Lara Johnson, the pair discover that looking the part not only impresses prospective employers, but also helps to improve confidence.

When Ieuan Williams from Carmarthen parked his car at the airport he certainly didn't expect it to be damaged by the time he returned from holiday. Since he came back from from Corfu, Ieuan's spent months chasing the parking company to pay for a repair. Now he's asked Lucy to get on the case.
