Phil Williams sits in. Why Olly Murs was a gameshow flop, 5 live listeners struggle through the snow; a terrorised gamekeeper tells us how organised crime has moved into poaching.

Phil Williams sits in, and is joined in the second hour by last year's X Factor runner-up Olly Murs for the Monday music review, on the day of the release of his first album.

Olly recounts how he endured a disastrous hour with Noel Edmonds in Deal Or No Deal before he found fame, turning down a small fortune to leave the programme with just 拢10.

Callers from across the UK tell us how they've been affected by snow, including a driver stuck overnight on the A9, Paul in Sunderland who's just back from the Brisbane sunshine, and Brian in Kendal, a window cleaner who's trying to do his rounds but the water freezes as soon as it hits the glass.

And 5 live's Rowan Bridge reports on how organised crime is affecting rural communities, including an interview with a gamekeeper twice hospitalised by poachers.
