As England fail in their bid to host the World Cup in 2018, FA general secretary Alex Horne is a special studio guest alongside Mike Lee, who was instrumental in helping Qatar win the right to stage the World Cup in 2022.

We also hear from FIFA delegate Marios Lefkaritis - a man rumoured to have reneged on a pledge to vote for England in the bidding process - and sports minister Hugh Robertson, who is urging reform.
