The farmers planning the country's biggest dairy farm at Nocton in Lincolnshire tackle accusations that it could pose a pollution risk. The Environment Agency has objected to the three and a half thousand cow unit. With grain prices at a record high and a pressing need to reduce food waste, could swill ever make a return to pig farms ten years on from the 2001 foot and mouth crisis?
