Andrew Neil and Anita Anand are joined by barrister and broadcaster Clive Anderson. Plus, how likely is military intervention in Libya?

With Andrew Neil and Anita Anand.

The international community is starting to get tough on Gaddafi. The Americans are sending warships to the Libyan coast and there are reports Britain is considering sending fighters to its RAF base in Cyprus to help police a no-fly zone. So how likely is military intervention now?

We'll be talking to Andrew Brookes, a former RAF pilot and now director of the Air League.

The European Commission is to set out its plans for ending the practice of fisherman throwing tonnes of fish overboard to stay within their quotas, we'll get reaction from Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall.

And talking of celebrities, just how much influence can or should they have? It worked for Joanna Lumley and the Gurkhas, but can a celebrity endorsement be a poisoned chalice?

Joining Anita and Andrew for the whole programme is the writer, comedian, broadcaster and barrister Clive Anderson.
