Charley wants to draw a picture but can't decide exactly what to draw. He heads off to the park, but every time Charley goes to draw something, it goes wrong. And then Rivet the park warden tells him no drawing is allowed in the park! But Charley has a great idea for finally doing the drawing he wants.
