Tom Dyckhoff, Joe Manganiello

Secret Life of Buildings presenter Tom Dyckhoff; True Blood's Joe Manganiello; Kitty, Daisy and Lewis on their second album; The Moan-In with 'Comedy' Dave Vitty.

In the first hour, architect and presenter of The Secret Life of Buildings Tom Dyckhoff casts his eye across the late 20th century architectural gem that is the 5 live newsroom, as he explains how our surroundings shape our lives. He gets Drive presenter Peter Allen's views on working in a large newsroom, and also explains why 5 live's new home in Salford may prove less iconic than its current base in London, Television Centre.

Later in the programme, Joe Manganiello from hit vampire series True Blood gets temperatures rising as he describes his part as werewolf Alcide Herveaux.

Three-piece sibling group Kitty, Daisy and Lewis perform tracks from their second album, 'Smoking In Heaven'.

Plus after 3pm, a chance to air your gripes about daily life in 'The Moan-In': Richard and special guest 'Comedy' Dave Vitty judge the quality of your moans, awarding points for originality and passion.
