It's a return visit for Devon Sproule, this time with backing band the Unmarked Animals.

Devon was born on a hippie commune in Ontario, Canada in 1982 but moved shortly after to a Virginia based commune & eco-village called Twin Oaks. She's lived in Virginia ever since but for her latest album her Coventry based label Tin Angel Records sent her back to her birthplace to work with Canadian producer Sandro Perri. In turn Sandro teamed her with Toronto three piece the Silt, and "I Love You, Go Easy" was the result.

As well her own tunes the album contains covers of the Roches' "Runs in the Family" and "Body's in Trouble" by Toronto's cult heroine Mary Margaret O'Hara.

If you like what you hear tonight, you're too late - you've just missed Devon's UK tour. However we suspect she'll be back.
