The search for Britain's top celebrity chef continues as Linda Lusardi, Michelle Mone, Nick Pickard and Darren Campbell are challenged with mass catering, in tasks designed to test their teamwork.

Working in two teams, the celebrities are first briefed to produce ten identical breakfasts using a range of items including eggs, sausages, smoked fish, bacon, mixed fruits and breads. With just an hour to choose and create the ten dishes, the contestants must work together to deliver the best results.

Having practised inside the studio, it is soon time to face the public, and the teams are assigned a mass catering challenge at London's Brit School. With ingredients including beef, chicken, lamb, rice, pasta, fruits and vegetables the teams must prepare and serve 110 lunch portions, catering for various tastes while creating meat-based, vegetarian and dessert dishes.

In the heat of the kitchen, and with a school of hungry students descending upon them, the celebrities need to rely on their teamwork skills more than ever.
