A chilled-out camel called Diego finds a soft drink can in the desert, opens it and out pops Ziggy the genie. He fulfils Diego's first two wishes, but then sand gets into his can and mucks up the magic, so new wishes fail. Follow the wacky and madcap adventures of Diego and his friends as Ziggy keeps trying to fulfil a third wish so he may be free from his can.

Diego has a cold. He asks Sonia whether she has a cure, but she tells him that nobody has ever found a jab against the common cold. Ziggy senses an opportunity, so Diego wishes to find the cure to the common cold and become a science hero. A gigantic microscope lands on a dune. It is a magic microscope and whoever looks inside is reduced to the size of a germ. Diego and Ziggy end up inside Joe's nose and meet a platoon of microbes that know the secret cure.
