Benny the Bonkers Bunny is back and threatening to make City Hall disappear. Mayor Matthews instructs Chief Delaney and all of P-Town's police to defend City Hall, but Benny blasts the building up into the sky with all of them inside. It's up to Pet Squad to get City Hall back and stop Mother Goose taking over P-Town.
