Mother Goose has enlisted the help of Doctor Two Heads to build her very own Superiser. The result looks like the real Superiser, but when it fails to turn ordinary pets into super-beings, Mother Goose captures the man who made the real Superiser, Professor Eureka, to fix it for her. With Pet Squad on the way to one of P-Town's schools, where they believe they are to give a speech on crime fighting, who will stop Mother Goose's evil plan?
