Joe Crowley meets Sarah Mazloom and Claire Howell who are in search of more space for Claire's expanding antique and vinyl business. They have hit upon the idea of buying and renovating an empty pub but they have bought the place without planning permission to turn it from a pub to a residential property - so they are taking a huge gamble.
