The Numb and Number award goes to the person who let 'brain freeze' affect their performance, the Shackleton Award goes to the contestant who battled against adversity to defeat the course against all odds, and the Luckily My Nose Got in the Way goes to some of the best face plants of the series. Those prizes, amongst many others, are handed out in what surely is the highlight of the TV schedules for 2012.
Crack open the chilled bubbly, and raise a glass to the award winners - but remember that each and every contestant that appeared in the series was a winner, because they made us giggle!
