In League One, Charlton Athletic have been confirmed as champions and will be joined in the Championship by either Sheffield Wednesday or Sheffield United as the final weekend comes down to a shoot-out in the Steel City. Wednesday have a one-point advantage and a home game against Wycombe Wanderers but one slip and United will look to take advantage as they travel to Exeter.
In League Two, Crawley, Torquay and Southend are fighting for the right to be promoted alongside Swindon and Shrewsbury, while it is an extremely tense day at the bottom as either Barnet or Hereford are relegated to the Conference.
