Brit Award winner Emeli Sande picks her final two songs in the Tracks of My Years, including one of Celine Dion's best-known singles and an inspiring peformance from Stevie Wonder.

Scottish R&B singer Emeli Sande picks her final two songs in the 'Tracks Of My Years' which includes one of Celine Dion's biggest-selling singles that topped the UK charts and an inspirational song from Stevie Wonder which is the opening track to his critically acclaimed album 'Songs In The Key of Life'. There's another play of the Album Of The Week, the Love Song and the Friday round of the music quiz, PopMaster. Earlier this year, Emeli was honoured with the Critics' Choice Brit Award and her debut album 'Our Version Of Events' topped the UK album charts. Emeli is embarking on a British tour this coming autumn.
