The celebrities face their first restaurant service. The three remaining hopefuls are sent to serve French food with a contemporary twist, in Canary Wharf. Working under head chef Allan Pickett, the celebrities must take on the daunting task of catering a busy lunchtime service of around 90 covers. Each celebrity has to prepare a different dish, ensuring that they are perfectly cooked and ready to go out with the rest of the orders. Can the celebrities master their allocated dishes to meet the expectations of regular paying customers?
The day's second task comes as the celebrities are asked to recreate chef's signature dish; seared scallops with sauce vierge. This simple-looking dish requires a gentle touch both to cook the scallops and to balance flavours to meet with chef's approval. With such high expectations to match the impeccable standards, will the celebrities be able to stick to the recipe?
