Whilst Dale Maily is at Glade Festival getting to the bottom of drugs, James and Barnaby are trying to endear themselves to the students of Manchester University before a meeting with the Minister of State for Universities and Science, David Willets. The National Gallery gets a new picture installed, whilst money-lending shops are paid a visit by gambling and drug addict Nomo. Also, sweatshop recruiters are out on Oxford Street in London, looking for new workers.
