Property series. Presenter Joe Crowley meets Hannah and David Ohandjanian, who have just become the proud owners of a Victorian terrace that has been empty for three years.

In this episode, presenter Joe Crowley meets Hannah and David Ohandjanian, who have just become the proud owners of a Victorian terrace. It had been sitting empty for three years after being used as offices. They are keen to share their exciting plans to turn the building into a family home, and to get as much guidance as they can. Joe introduces them to a couple who have done a fabulous job of converting a Regency townhouse into a perfect, spacious, family-friendly home.

Plus a look at the government's latest funding plans to reinstate clusters of empty housing in the battle to regenerate communities, and a visit to the Kent coast to see what empty property officer Mike Thompson is up to.
