Tift Merritt is in session tonight, playing songs from her new album "Travelling Alone".

The album follows her critically lauded 2010 CD "See You on the Moon", which NPR Music called 'beautiful and aching' and People Magazine hailed as 'a most important step forward in a remarkable artistic journey that continues to search, penetrate, and surprise.'

It's her 5th studio album, and comes 10 years after her debut "Bramble Rose"; she's a long-time favourite of Bob's & this session is a real treat.
