In this episode Joe meets Tatiana McCabe who has bought at auction an impressive but rundown 6-bedroom Edwardian house in Huddersfield. She has always lived in modern homes and has no idea where to start with the renovation of a period building. Joe accompanies her to visit a couple who live in a beautiful Victorian property that was once in a similar dilapidated state. They have restored many of the original features just as Tatiana hopes to and are ready with lots of help and advice.
