In this episode Joe meets Carolina Hernandez and her fiance Dom James, first-time buyers who are searching for an empty property in south London. Joe takes them to an abandoned terraced house in Hither Green with loads of potential and introduces them to a family who have rescued a derelict house and turned it into a light-filled beautiful home - exactly what Dom and Carolina envisaged for their first home together.
We'll be getting some useful advice on how to restore period features in a home from a building conservationist and joining Sue Li, an empty property officer in Derbyshire, on her mission to get the empty homes there back on their feet.
