Manchester City travel to Norwich, a side they fired 11 goals past last term, including six at Carrow Road during their title-clinching, six-game winning run at the end of the season. Manchester United take on West Brom, looking to continue their record of never having lost to the Baggies during the Premier League era.
Arsenal play host to Newcastle, a side they have beaten only once in four attempts since the Magpies returned to the Premier League, while Reading welcome West Ham to the Madejski Stadium in a battle of two of last season's promoted clubs.
