Diane Louise Jordan remembers 'God's Amazing Grace' with a gospel interpretation of the well-loved hymn, plus another of the listeners' favourites from their school assembly days.
Diane Louise Jordan plays spiritually uplifting and inspiring music through hymns, gospel and choral classics.
Each week the programme celebrates different aspects of the Christian faith through words, prayers as well as your requests and dedications. The music include recordings from cathedral, gospel and male voice choirs; ensembles and solo artists; as well as hymns and songs.
The 60 minute format comprises many of the traditions of Radio 2's long running hymn programme, Sunday Half Hour, with a few new features to brighten up your morning.
This week's Theme: God's Amazing Grace - celebrating The Feast of the Conversion of Paul with musical reflections and interpretations of the famous hymns. We include lighting another Virtual Candle for loved ones, your dedications and another of the listeners' favourites from their school assembly days.
