Episode 3
Cookery series. Ed Baines and Valentine Warner visit and compete in country shows. In this episode, the chefs head to Brighton for the Fiery Foods UK Chilli Festival.
Day three of our high-ranking chefs Ed Baines and Val Warner's road trip, sees them head for the coast, taking their culinary crusade from Lambeth to Brighton, where they'll be entering their very own Amateur Hot Sauces in the Fiery Foods UK Chilli Festival.
Before things hot up though, our duo meet up with Galia Orme, a local food producer, who runs Choc Chick, supplying chocolate making kits across the UK. Sweetened by her chocolate recipe, it's time to turn up the heat...
Our professionals are taking on each other and the locals in this red-hot competition. Will their sauces be too hot to handle or the proverbial damp squibs? Their efforts will be weighed up by no less than four judges, and they know their chillis! It's all hotting up on Country Show Cook Off!
