听 Colchester United chairman Robbie Cowling dons his trainers to run the 15 miles from his home to the club's ground for the match against Leyton Orient, as he has done for all home games this season, raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. He's also planning to cycle fully 350 miles to Carlisle for Colchester's final game of the season.Credits
