Three chairmen of Football league clubs - Darragh MacAnthony of Peterborough, Pete Winkelman of MK Dons,听and David Cardoza of Northampton Town -听discuss whether the Premier League is good or bad for the rest of the league.


We follow Southend Utd in the build-up to the Johnstone鈥檚 Paint Trophy final at Wembley. We鈥檙e with former manager Paul Sturrock who was sacked recently but still hoped to lead the team out at Wembley - instead he鈥檚 on the bus with the fans.

Colchester United chairman Robbie Cowling dons his trainers to run the 15 miles from his home to the club's ground for the match against Leyton Orient, as he has done for all home games this season, raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. He's also planning to cycle fully 350 miles to Carlisle for Colchester's final game of the season.
