Episode 17
Cookery series. Aldo Zilli and Silvena Rowe create very different takes on a classic cheesecake for the Trawden Show in Lancashire, competing against some of the best local bakers.
On the second day of Aldo Zilli and Silvena Rowe's culinary road trip, they leave the south coast of Wales behind to travel to Trawden in Lancashire. They prepare to enter their cheesecakes in the Trawden Show, competing against some of the best bakers in the area.
Along the way, they catch up with local butcher Joseph Mellin to sample a local delight known as stew and 'ard. With sweeter thoughts, they pull up beside the ruins of Wycoller Hall and aim to out-do each other and the local competition with two very different takes on a classic cheesecake. Their efforts will be judged on a level playing field by seasoned judges Sue and Judy - can they win the day?
