Cookery series. In Cumbria's Eden Valley, chefs Aldo Zilli and Silvena Rowe create sausage rolls for the Brough Annual Agricultural Show, where nothing but perfection will do.

Top chefs Aldo Zilli and Silvena Rowe take to the road again, travelling to the stunning Eden Valley in Cumbria. They are rolling out the sausage rolls - and nothing but perfection will do, as the Brough Annual Agricultural Show has exacting standards.

They also meet up with Dianne Halliday from The Country Fare Bakery where a twelve strong team produce cakes by the thousand which are sold nationally and internationally. They are sure to be impressed by her coffee walnut cake.

But sausage rolls are the order of the day, and they will have to bring all of their chef's flair to this deceptively simple category. Competition will be fierce, and judge Val Walton will not be taking any prisoners.
