Two of TV's best-loved chefs - Ed Baines and James Tanner - sharpen their cooking knives for an epic battle for profit. The venue is a gastro-pub with a fine reputation set in the Surrey countryside, so Ed and James must come up with the perfect three-course menu to impress its discerning diners.

They must call on all their cooking skills and restaurant experience, because there can be only one winner - the chef who makes the most profit!
