Kenya is the first country to have a sitting president and vice-president tried on charges of crimes against humanity at the International Criminal Court. They are accused of orchestrating ethnic-based violence in 2007 in which twelve hundred were killed and six hundred thousand forced to flee their homes. They say they are not guilty. HARDtalk speaks to Amina Mohamed, Kenya's foreign minister. Kenya is threatening to withdraw from the ICC. But how much damage would that do to its international reputation?
