David Whiteley investigates the real cost of the bedroom charge. In Suffolk, Jackie is facing having to leave her home which the council spent 拢36,000 adapting especially for her.

Luton is a town that's often suffered from a bad press. Racial tension and tough economic times have given it an image problem. Author Sarfraz Manzoor returns to the town where he grew up. He wants to know if it's overcome the problems that made him leave when he was 18. He meets young people, artists and musicians who live in Luton and Londoners thinking of moving there. Is Luton on the up?
