In this programme, local artist Lizzie Stonhold gets the whole of Fishguard knitting for her Granny Graffiti project. Arch-rivals Solva and Newport take each other on in the biggest longboat race of the year, the Dinas Head Challenge, and it's a testing time for blind walker Jack Lloyd as he tackles the coast path for the first time with his new guide dog Jackson.
