Keith Floyd visits Santa Fe where he cooks pork with black beans for the local cowboys on a film set, visits the La Casa Sene Restaurant where the waiters sing opera, and has a chilli cook-off with Sam Pick, the mayor of Santa Fe. He also visits a tapas restaurant where chef Ned Laventhall cooks cactus, and visits the Santa Clara Pueblo to cook chilli and bread.
