Series in which British families experience a trial week living in Australia or New Zealand. A family dream of a life down under, but can their son leave his girlfriend in the UK?
The close-knit Wintrip family are determined to spend more time together. They think a new life in Australia could be the answer, but that would mean splitting the family for good - a prospect Mum Sheri finds terrifying. She cried for three months when her eldest son Luke left home and now, because her other son Ryan doesn't want to leave his girlfriend in the UK, she could be facing another agonising separation.
Will a week down under persuade Ryan to make the move? Or will the Wintrips face the heart-breaking choice between keeping their family together and achieving the life they dream of?

Wintrip family update
As of December 2013, the Wintrip family are living in UK - but not for much longer.聽 After selling their family home in just two days, Sheri, Paul and Grace are planning to emigrate to Australia in March 2014. Son Ryan has decided to stay in the UK to finish his hairdressing qualifications, and will take over Sheri鈥檚 business.
