Actress Christina Applegate goes on a quest to uncover what happened to the grandmother she never knew. Christina's father Bob was brought up by his grandparents and knows that his mother Lavina died young. To try find out what happened to Lavina and why her father never knew her, Christina travels to Lavina's home town of Trenton New Jersey.
