In this episode Iolo Williams is on the second leg of his journey around Wales meeting people who work on the sea, those with a passion for the sea and exploring the extraordinary wildlife that lives in the sea. He starts in the beautiful harbour of Trefor on the North Llyn coast, exploring one of the best sea kayaking areas in Wales. Near Nefyn he discovers a 150-year-old wreck where the slate cargo has been transformed into a reef full of sea life. From Pwllheli Marina he sets sail on a fast offshore racing yacht and discovers the nocturnal underwater world lying just off the shore from Criccieth.
